Workout Progress August 10, 2007

I haven’t written about my weightlifting in a while. I’d like to change that by showing some before and after pics. The picture on the left was taken in April. The picture on the right was taken this week. A tan really makes things look better
I’m going to post about what my routine has been like and how much I’ve progressed over this period of time. To be honest, I missed out on 3 weeks of workouts through June and July and at least 2 weeks between April and May. I’m back on track now and working harder than ever.
